The Miami Beach EDITION

Loved the room. Loved location and bike path. Room service was very quick most times. Friendly staff. Market was nice. Ali at concierge was very responsive and helpful. Ty bellman also great.

Love the overall decor and space. Room was great and really comfortable, some details need attention. Great to have the bicycles we used them twice to go all the way down South Beach. Great gym with a ton of equipment.

All is nice. The level of AC is unacceptable! Its freezing in all common areas. Its not normal! And its such a waste of energy. Please regulate the AC on your premises. Its inhumane how cold it is in hallways. More space for eating breakfast outside as you need a sweater and socks to eat in the main dining room.

The property is exceptionally beautiful and the staff is very very courteous and very helpful. I would specifically like to mention Mr Remi Antoine, who helped us with our breakfast arrangements and more specifically during check out, he helped us get a Uber to the airport since we were finding it difficult to get it on time. he even paid for it. That's generosity and unbelievable service. I would also like to mention Mr Reo Davis, the concierge who came to our room when we sought help with our online food booking. when it was not getting done, he called for Indian food for us and paid for it too. I dint know people like Remi and Reo existed, till this happened. we are so grateful to both of them. Our trip was superb because of them. it was top claw service for us.

Wow what a great hotel. Have stayed in Miami Beach many times and this place was really the best. Fabulous super large and very comfortable room with wonderful views. Spent most of our time on the beach. Pools are small and over crowded but we were visiting in peak season I guess. The hotel has a great gym and a very nice coffee/breakfast/lunch resturant which we used during the day but would go out for dinner.
